Every journey begins with Knowledge

Start with KNOWLEDGE — Whoa & Safety, our 90-minute foundational Equine-Assisted Learning orientation, and the first step into every Root & Rein experience.

KNOWLEDGE — Whoa & Safety

KNOWLEDGE — Whoa & Safety is the foundation of every Root & Rein Equine-Assisted Learning experience. Before we ask anything of our horses, we first need to understand how they communicate. You'll learn to recognize equine body language, understand what the horse is telling us, and become more aware of how our own presence, boundaries and communication affect their response. Safety is our #1 priority, for both our humans and our horses, because we all want to feel safe, right?
